1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk96 platform — whether via web browser on mobile or desktop — you irrevocably accept these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that pk96 may publish from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

Your continued use of pk96 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of pk96 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk96 does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from pk96 or any affiliated gaming platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• You are not accessing pk96 from a jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling, or if you are, you accept full personal legal responsibility for that access.
• You are of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of any wagering activity.

pk96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. Deposits made by underage players will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features on pk96, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to all pk96 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one pk96 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. All accounts beyond the first will be suspended, and balances may be confiscated.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, name, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk96 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication details with any other person. pk96 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): pk96 may require you to submit identity verification documents — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID — before processing withdrawals or as required under our licensing obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction.
• Contact Information: You must keep your registered phone number and email address current. pk96 is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The following rules govern all financial transactions on pk96:

• Deposit Funding Source: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a person deposits funds on behalf of another — are prohibited. Any such deposits detected by pk96 may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the transaction process. These limits may be adjusted by pk96 at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: pk96 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes for standard PKR transactions. Processing times may vary during peak hours, public holidays, or during enhanced verification checks. pk96 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to reasonable effort.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. pk96 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or high-value.
• No Cash Transactions: pk96 does not accept cash deposits or process cash withdrawals under any circumstances. All transactions must go through the approved digital payment channels listed above.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency transactions are accepted through the standard deposit channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk96 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms and the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or have restricted accounts are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Abuse Prevention: pk96 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in promotion mechanics. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their promotional balance forfeited and may face permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus balances that expire will be removed from the account without compensation.
• pk96's Discretion: pk96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from any promotion at our discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk96, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games:

• Void Bets: pk96 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or where there is clear evidence of a system error. Void bets will be refunded at the original stake amount.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from pk96. Oral confirmations or partial screen displays do not constitute confirmed bets.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: Live cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, Tests, and ODIs — are governed by the specific sports rules published in the pk96 Help Centre. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or force majeure event, pk96's sports rules will determine how affected bets are settled.
• Game Outcomes: All casino game and slot outcomes on pk96 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game results are independently auditable. pk96 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnections: pk96 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnections, power outages, or device failures on the player's end during an active gaming session. Where technically feasible, game states are saved and resumed.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and take precedence in all cases of dispute.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk96. Any player found to be engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or placing bets with insider knowledge in violation of applicable laws.
• Using pk96 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected bugs are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the pk96 platform without written authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk96 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk96 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, software, text, user interfaces, and brand marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk96 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk96 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk96 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pk96 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk96 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk96 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your pk96 account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk96 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pk96 platform.
• Any loss of PKR funds or profits resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, DDoS attacks, payment processor failures, or acts of God.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, live scores, or odds displayed on the platform.
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your pk96 account login credentials.
• Any tax liabilities that arise for you as a result of winnings received from pk96. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

pk96's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

pk96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pk96 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity.
• A player fails to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Regulatory obligations require us to restrict access to certain players or jurisdictions.
• A player has voluntarily requested self-exclusion.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, pk96 reserves the right to confiscate any bonus balances and, where applicable, winnings derived from prohibited activities. Real-money deposits not associated with any breach will generally be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.

Players may voluntarily close their pk96 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding identity or withdrawal verification requirements.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to Terms

pk96 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or phone number on their account at least 7 days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current Terms took effect. Your continued use of pk96 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk96's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the pk96 platform:

• First Step — Contact Support: You should first raise the issue with our 24/7 customer support team, who will attempt to resolve it informally within 5 business days.
• Formal Complaint: If the support team cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. pk96 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of pk96's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk96 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
